Why speed matters

People searching on a phone leave pages that take too long to appear. Google also measures page experience, using measures called Core Web Vitals: how quickly the main content appears, how soon the page responds to a tap, and whether things jump around as it loads. A faster page is better for visitors and gives your search visibility a stronger base.

What usually slows a site down

• Large images that were never resized.
• Too many scripts and plug-ins, many of them unused.
• Fonts and files that load in the wrong order.
• Slow or distant hosting.
• Heavy page builders or themes that add code on every page.

What we change

We test first with Google’s Lighthouse tool and on real phone sizes, then work through the problems in order of effect: images, code, fonts, loading order and hosting advice. We measure again at the end so you can see what improved. We cannot promise a particular score, because it depends on your site, but we show you the numbers.

When a rebuild is the better answer

Sometimes a site is slow because of how it is built, and no amount of tuning fixes that. If so, we say so and explain the options, including a rebuild.
