Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

1. Who we are

Digital Flips (“we”, “us”) is a web and software development business based in Leamington Spa, UK, led by Manish Sharma. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use this website or contact us. For questions, or to use your rights, use the email address or phone number on our contact page and mark your message “Privacy”. Manish Sharma is our privacy contact.

2. What we collect

  • Quote form: your name and at least one of a phone number or email address, so we can reply. You may also add your business name, current website, what you need, your timeline and a message.
  • When you call, WhatsApp or email us: the details you choose to share.
  • Technical information: our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver the site securely and block abuse.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect more than the form asks for.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details only to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not send marketing or newsletters, and we do not sell or rent your information.

4. How the quote form works

When you send the form, a spam check runs to confirm the request comes from a person. Your request is then emailed to us. This website does not keep your request in a database.

5. Who processes your information

  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website, provides the spam check and forwards form emails to us.
  • Google (Gmail), where we receive and keep our email.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there. Their own privacy policy applies.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside the UK

Our providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK’s approved transfer terms.

7. How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, if we work together, for our legal and accounting records. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after a reasonable period.

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and has no analytics. If we add any, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable form. We will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

10. Other websites

This site links to services such as WhatsApp. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
