What a PWA is
A progressive web app, or PWA, is a website that behaves like an app. A visitor can add it to their home screen, open it full-screen and, where it makes sense, keep using parts of it without a signal. It is still a website, so there is nothing to download from a store.
PWA or native app?
A PWA is quicker and cheaper to build and update, because it is one codebase that opens anywhere. A native app, built for Android and iPhone, can reach more of the phone’s features. If you are unsure which you need, we will explain the trade-off for your situation, and often a PWA is enough.
